You are all damn lucky I don't have a baby because I would have snatched this one up.
Bathing a baby scares the crap out of me because they are like slippery little Virginia hams when you have them in water. Needless to say, whenever I bathed my kids, I ended up soaked because I was so scared of dropping them and so concerned with them being wrapped up. I was seriously like some seventeenth century Irish nursemaid that thought they'd get consumption or something. Have a mentioned that I wasn't very rational when I had infants?
Anyhoo, this towel from Bathing in Grace is brilliant. The best way I can describe it is like a long apron that you tie around your neck so your hands are free to scoop up the baby in a cozy, organic hooded towel. You stay dry. They baby stays warm. And consumption backs the hell off. It's made from 100% organic bamboo terry and 100% organic ribbed cotton so it's all eco friendly. It's dreamy, non?
I mean, is it wrong that I want one of these in an adult size?
Is it also wrong that I'd like Alexander Skarsgard to lift me out of the bath with it?
(You don't have to answer that.)
All you have to do for your chance to win your very own towel, is to check out the Bathing in Grace site – they even have a video that demonstrates how the towel works – then leave a comment here along with your email to enter. I'll pick a random winner tomorrow morning. You can also find them on Facebook.
Good luck, my baby bathing beauties!
